How Tikiti pricing works
You receive 100% of ticket face value. Platform fees are paid by ticket buyers at checkout — nothing is deducted from your ticket price.
A small platform fee is added at checkout to fund secure payments, QR tickets, and support. Organizers keep their full ticket price.

Listing events is free. Card processing is included in the buyer fee — no extra payment surcharge at checkout. Organizer payouts are batched per settlement invoice (Paystack transfer fees apply to Tikiti, not deducted from your ticket price).
Is Tikiti really paperless?
Yes. Tickets are digital QR codes in your dashboard — no printing required for attendees or organizers.
How do I get my ticket after payment?
Your ticket appears in your dashboard with a unique QR code once payment is confirmed.
What do ticket buyers pay?
Buyers pay the ticket price plus a small Tikiti platform fee at checkout: R5 per ticket under R50, R10 per ticket from R50–R200, and 5% per ticket above R200. Card processing is included — no extra payment surcharge.
What do organizers pay?
You receive 100% of ticket face value. Platform fees are paid by ticket buyers at checkout — nothing is deducted from your ticket price. Listing events is free. After your event, generate a settlement invoice to receive your payout.
How do organizers scan tickets at the door?
Every Tikiti event organizer gets free access to our web scanner. Check in guests at the door from any phone or tablet — no install, no printed lists. Open Tikiti Scanner at scan.tikiti.fun in your browser and sign in with your Tikiti account. Organizers scan their events; door team members need an invite from the organizer on the event edit page.

Generate a settlement invoice from your dashboard after the event date. Tikiti batches payouts per invoice — you receive 100% of ticket face value sold through the platform.
How do organizer payouts work?
Organizers keep 100% of the ticket price. Tikiti’s fee is paid by the buyer at checkout (tiered by ticket price). Listing is free. Payouts are requested with a settlement invoice after the event starts — see FAQ for settlement details.
When can I request a settlement invoice?
Submit when the amounts look right. We’ll process settlements in batches per invoice (see FAQ for timing).
